Situated in the heart of Sloane Square, Boutique 1 is a luxury fashion store, originating from the flagship in the glamorous Fashion Dome in Dubai. Boutique 1’s owner, Ziad Matter outlined the vision for April’s Café which was to provide a light food offering to shoppers, nestled on the basement level of the store and adjoined by a luscious tropical garden. The café is a joint project with Bistrotheque, who provide the gastronomic offering and the attentive team of staff.
At early meetings it was established that the quality ADISA brand would be perfect to sit in this deluxe location and a relationship was established with Technical Services being appointed to design and build the kitchen. The brief was to provide the look of a luxurious domestic kitchen but with the commercial robustness encapsulating elegance with functionality. The chic bar area installed does just this and is finished with sophisticated green carrara marble, installed by London’s prestigious marble specialists Stoneworld.
